What is concerned about binaural beats, or binaural tones, You may read wikipedia:
" B.b. are auditory processing artifacts, or apparent sounds, caused by specific physical stimuli. This effect was discovered in 1839 by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove and earned greater public awareness in the late 20th century based on claims coming from the alternative medicine community that binaural beats could help induce relaxation, meditation, creativity and other desirable mental states. The effect on the brainwaves depends on the difference in frequencies of each tone: for example, if 300 Hz was played in one ear and 310 in the other, then the binaural beat would have a frequency of 10 Hz."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Binaural_beats

For b.b. that I'm producing with software audacity, I prefer using some "mathemagia", mathematical constants such as Pi, the golden ratio, Lemniscatic elliptic function etc.

B.b. are used for healing purpose, meditation and brain sync.

Hope You'll enjoy listening
have a nice day

Note:
Compositions containing binaural tones or isochronous elements, should be heard with headphones of good quality in a relaxed attitude, but not while driving or in any hazardous activities, because of their stimulating effect on brain and nervous system.
