I can no longer post any sounds. Every time I go to describe them it tells me "Something went wrong accessing the file." This has become very frustrating and I guess I can no longer post sounds to the site. Which really pisses me off after being a user for more than 10 years.

I'm having this problem often as well. Usually if I get that error I can try again and it will work, but lately it's getting more frequent that it doesn't work. I have a big list of sounds waiting to be described. Hopefully it is related to the server changes happening and will be corrected soon.

It happens..

Just have some patients for now, pretty confident in the coming months that the Freesound infrastructure and servers will be isolated and stable soon.

Hey guys,
We know about these issues and we're in the process of fixing them, but things might remain a bit unstable still for the coming weeks. Thanks for your understanding!

By the way, to clarify, the errors you're finding are when uploading sounds, not when describing them right?

Hi frederic,

No I am sory Frederic, I sometimes have to describe the sound a few times before it is ecxepted by the systen (error). Thats my issu now. (the last one a minute a go worked fine.

The uploading is slow a long time now. But most of the time my long files can be uploaded in one ore two times.)

Thanks for all the feedback. Everything seems to be working OK now. Good Luck on the NT stuff. I will send a donation right now to help out.

Thank you Fellow Freesounders. Sincerely, BaDoink

Although we moved some services and we have seen a big improvement in Freesound speed, we are still seeing some connections that get terminated abruptly for apparently no reason and this could be the source of your error. We're investigating...
