I like the clarity of this recording and the decision to so neatly frame an everyday event such as buttering toast. I can never work out though, whether it is the sound or the associations that the sound evokesthat make me like recordings like this one. In any instance, it is a clear recording with a succinct description. I just hope something on my pc can read flac files for when I try to replay it...
