This one fades in and out, has a fixed tonal structure, but the filtering (most of it) sweeps downward. Since it is mostly very low-frequency content, the filters cut out most of the content at the start, but it comes into full play toward the end. The settings were otherwise identical to those of EngineRoomPipeNoise1_FixFilt_Env.wav. It's low-pass filtered noise with multiple complex delays with feedback that have a harsh but stereo-correlated effect forming a soundscape with the impression of metal, pipes (large tubes), and perhaps the engines of some fictional vessel. Created with an AnalogBox circuit (AnalogBox 2.41alpha) that I put together. I doubt this one is as useful as the others with similar names, but someone might find it useful, especially if you speed it up and do more processing on it. You can even reverse it to get the sweep to go upward.
