Steady for a while at start, middle, and end, otherwise experience a rise and fall between those, both in the tonal structure and in the filter structure. The settings are completely different from the other sounds in this series. It's low-pass filtered noise with multiple complex delays with feedback that have a harsh but stereo-correlated effect forming a soundscape with the impression of metal, pipes (large tubes), and perhaps the engines of some fictional vessel. Created with an AnalogBox circuit (AnalogBox 2.41alpha) that I put together.
