Synthetic noise loop that is somewhat reminiscent of a bunch of WWII era bombers, or something similar. I don't know what it should be called or how to describe it. But it is a seamless loop, if I remember correctly. I created this in Cool Edit Pro a long time ago.

Science lab/Test Chamber ambient sounds. Perfect. Going to lower the volume and add a bit of an echo (and lengthen this).
