For this synthetic sound I generated a tone with a frequency of 440 Hz and with the level tool I made some oscillation.
Then I generated a 440 Hz tone and edited it the same way as the previous track with the level tool.
I placed the tracks so that the oscillations complement each other to give a magnetic effect to the sound.
