The corner of SW Broadway and Washington in Portland Oregon is usually very busy. Currently between the pandemic and now amazingly bad air quality due to fires across the state downtown is nearly deserted. There are metal plates in the intersection the traffic drives over. At approximately 9:15 into the recording a truck backs into a parked car and you can hear the impact and the owner of the car yell at the truck driver.
