Walking around my apartment in a pair of New Balance trail running shoes with a rubber sole. There are a couple different stops and speeds. Recorded with Rode NTG-2 mic into Zoom H4 and edited with Spark XL.

Squeaks will be perfect for my sound of pirate walking! Now I just have to replace every other step with the sound of the peg leg. Thanks!
