On the coast of North Carolina the Atlantic Ocean crashes against the steep sandy beach as the tide goes out. A few birds, but mostly just the nice relaxing sound of waves.
Recorded with a stereo pair of Sennheiser MKH 8020 mics into a modified Marantz PMD661.

This really is a wonderful recording - thanks for uploading!
Of all the ocean sounds here this has the most powerful sound and thankfully no distracting noises ... I just wish it was a little longer :-)
