The kind of low, gut-wrenching, dramatic boom sound you might hear in a movie trailer, with plenty of mid-range resonance to carry over even on smaller sound systems. This was created using Reason's Thor synth, some reverb from Cubase (for some reason) and final EQ-ing and spectral analysis in Sony Sound Forge. We used fellow freesounder herbert-boland's cinematicBoomNorm sound as a reference, but this is not that sound, it's simply a very similar recreation. Free to use without attribution.

Thanks for making this free for commercial use! It's annoying when all I need is a 1-second sound that's really basic, and I can't find a sound that I can use commercially. This really helped. Thanks a lot!
