Cartoon fast-forwarding sound complete with tape stop, super fast/high-pitch voices, and actual rewinding tape, and some sort of glitchy noise.

Made using CC0 sounds from Freesound.org which have been mangled with Audacity speed shift, dblue Glitch 1.3, and a VST plug-in called Reception by Psychic Modulation.

Thanks! Will be using the sound in a small editing etude that makes use of old commercials I bumped into while going through some VHS tapes.
