I did a tiny bit of tweaking to this effect, and worked it into a cyberpunk audio roleplay project I just finished. I've come across this effect before and have been aching to use it in something or other. What I finally did with it was the sound suite for a police drone patrol vehicle. Your sound effect was the perfect base for that. Thanks for making it available!
