Recording foley is great. I'm still rather new to it but I really like doing it. Here's a holster foley I recorded with H4N Pro in my room with a cowboy holster and a 357. Hope you enjoy.

Thanks for all the feedback superfreq. I'm glad you are enjoying my sounds and I hope they can help in any way. I am always looking to improve my craft so if you have any suggestions on recommendations for Mics or other sound recording tips I am all ears. Thanks Again.

Freaking excellent, I gave it 5 out of 5 stars, which I rarely do.
Just an all around bad ass, threatening sound, much like wracking a pump shotgun or using the charging handle on an assault rifle.
Absolutely perfect for a western or a spec ops scene, sounds like a reassuringly heavy chunk of steel
The recording is great, high quality with natural sounding stereo, and the awesome creaking sound of the leather it's self plus other equipment (presumably metal clips for straps) clinking together really add depth to it.
Perfect draw speed and sounds smooth even with that bump, which just adds character anyway in my opinion.
Thank you so much for sharing such high quality content with us!
It really is appreciated.
