My parents' hide-a-bed couch made this crazy sound every time you open or close it. I like the deep final note it makes when it is closed. This recording is decent enough for background noise, but I wish I was able to position my recorder to really get a clearer sound. Oh well, there are other creaking couches.

wow what a cool sound! super nasty low end, and the modulation of the spring is pretty wild. stumbled across this in search of something more conventional, i'm sure i'll be able to use it on something in the future!
