Sound produced from a Bell Pepper being ripped into with my finger nails. Needles to say, it was very succulent and sweet after I took it apart, seeds first. The "wham" sound is simply a slightly edited pitch-wise banging of a plastic bin lid.
I will upload a non "wham" just the "tick-ti-tick".
