An instrumental version of the "There's No Place Like Home" melody.

This is a historically accurate reenactment of how they played this song in the olden days.

The arrangement is from the June 1st, 1898 edition of S. S. Stewart's Banjo and Guitar Journal. It's an arrangement for guitar and mandolin. I used an American-made mandolin from 1900 and American-made guitar from 1890.

Very much appreciated, was this. I've used it for the closing credits of a short occupational therapy student video assignment, where I've acknowledged you accordingly. (But quite aside from its utility, I think it sounds splendid! It makes me want to learn to play something in this style.)

The retouched version of this at http://www.freesound.org/people/Timbre/sounds/168733/ might be better.
