Very clear recording of some of the tones on 14077, followed by short static. No idea what it is. Picked up with the Twente University online radio reciever, on shortwave (http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/). Recorded on the website.
The 14077 project is a freesound quest by kwahmah_02 to crack a mysterious station on shortwave with encrypted content, based at 14077.23kHz. Its broadcasts are musical-sounding tones, it could be a 'numbers station' without voices but this question presently remains unanswered.
