Made using the online remote shortwave receiver of University of twente in Enschede Holland: http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/
Russian speach and music in tune in the CW or Morse code part of the band with cw stations in the background. Filter set to widest to catch as much stuff going on as possible around the frequency. I didn't hear any ID I could understand, and music isn't aloud on the amateur bands, so he's either a licensed ham doing something he shouldn't, or a plain old unlicensed pirate.
