Fortunately I could understand the whole conversation, in both languages, and it was obvious that the security lady did not have a clue; it was a matter of "there must be a law against it ... er, somewhere (er, no ?); so just in case... er, we've better forbid!". Instant law made by a security officer :-). Anyway, she was stupid but polite, I hope she was hot too ;-)

As Spanish I'm very sorry, but nowadays Spain is the only country where you need to have an special permission to take pictures or video on any station. It sounds stupid but unfortunately it's true. All railfans have been looking for any law that forbides to take pictures and we haven't found it. But in Spain it doesn't matter. You have to follow security agent's orders or you are kicked off. Welcome to Africa. :(
