Field recording taken from the balcony of an apartment building in the Waldstrasse district of the German city of Leipzig on a summer evening.
In the foreground, quiet noises from neighboring apartments can be heard as well as the calls of countless swallows who nest in the eves of the 19th century houses which this part of town is famed for. In the background, distant city traffic may be heard.
