A ship's bell from the HMS Chepstow, a minesweeper from the first world war. The bell now hangs in Chepstow Parish Church, Monmouthshire, Wales. When no one else was in the church, I clanged it for you. ECM-MS907 - fel pre-amp - iRiver

I was actually looking for a ship's bell when I searched the word "ding". And guess what? You're the first result!
Your sound was like exactly what I was looking for! I needed it for a school project...
The sound is really nice and clear, and you did a pretty good job with that - as the other comments say.
