A moth taking off. This moth was flying around the light in my bathroom. When I went to record him, he landed on the mic. Here you can hear him run up the microphone, whirr his wings and take off. He then flies around the light a few times, colliding with the shower curtain on occasion. 19 June 06. Sony MD and stereo mic.

Such a document of the times. With an exact date, month and year. That moth is long dead, even if you didn't kill him.

The mic was the Sony ECM-MS907 mid-side stereo mic with its standard windshield/proctective foam cover.
