Heart Rate Monitor Beep Loop. I created this 10-minute sound based on a hospital Heart Rate Monitor machine, for people who find this sound relaxing. In my studio, using a KORG X-50 Synthesiser I have matched the frequency of the tones and the timing and texture of the sound as closely as I could to a real heart rate monitor machine. Use headphones and immerse into a tranquil state of consciousness as your brain entrains with this sound. Helps to lower heart rate and blood pressure, promotes a relaxed state.
