You can easily find out in your tracker/sequencer/whatever. My beats are 85, 90, 95, or 100 BPM (5 BPM steps). Almost never between. However, my tracker is not BPM-exact, so you'll need to pitch the sample a little bit.

Sorry, I almost never make beats that loop correctly right away. It's because of the way I use them.
