This is my Voice. I was trying to recreate a similar sound to those of the shrieking Nazgul creatures in Lord of the Rings. They are referred to as different things but overall a creepy, evil, raspy, breathy type screeching sound. I created this with a type of practiced scream on a Blue Yeti USB Condenser Microphone. I recorded in Audacity and added some Reverb, Fade In, and Fade out. It was originally for a Video Game Voice Over Audition. I also have the original with no FX if needed.
My example/inspiration were the creatures in Lord of the Rings, Fellowship of the Ring.
They are also called the Fell Riders and the Black Wings (when they ride the fell beasts), as well as the Shadows, the Servants of Sauron, and the Nine Servants of the Lord of the Rings. The Orcs of the Tower of Cirith Ungol call them Shriekers.

Excellent job, thanks for your hard work! The second part of this is just AMAZING in terms of how unsettling it is. I'm tempted to use it for a monster in a video game I'm developing with some friends. Let me know if you want to be credited for it.
