I'm a freelancing artist and game developer that enjoys sound editing as a second interest.

Before I even touch a sound effect though, I always make sure the permissions allow it. If it's not for Commercial use, I'll always take note of that.

Programs I use for editing are Adobe Soundbooth, and occasionally Audacity.
