I’m not sure how this sound was made. it could have been blowing into a tube or something.
It inspired me to make a multisample spread across the keyboard using granular and wavetable synthesis using Reason’s Grain and Europa softsynths.
thanks to ssud_motion for such a fun sound!
Granular/Wavetable Synthesized by Tom McLaughlin using Reason Europa and Grain softsynths and multisample rendering mastered in Audacity, mapped and looped in Redmatica Keymap Pro using Penrose Machine Loops. (Uses sonic DNA of the audio to create an artificial loop with the same sonic properties.) 38 notes in minor 3rds spanning C-1 to C8, 24 bit, 44.1kHz stereo. Note name and MIDI note number in audio file name. Keynote embedded in audio files. Load into sampler and hit “automap”.
