Made by using a recording of a plastic object vibrating on a floor tom after playing back 80Hz out of a subwoofer. I just processed it with Vari-Fi, Waves Doubler and Frequency Shifter, it had a nice natural doppler sound to it in the recording as the object slid down the floor tom.
