This audio sounds like wailing or howling souls. I would describe it as confusing, disharmonic, strange, mysterious, eerie, unsettling and dark.
Video/film seems to be the most obvious area of application—or further processing.
It was made by processing the noise of my microphone. Processing steps include
time stretching, filtering, EQing, applying reverb and others.
