I've been looking for a sound like this for a while now! I wanted something that sounded really similar to the ignition sound effect of the race cars in "THX 1138". It's this nice high-pitched "whoooosh" sound and your sound was just what I needed!

Hi NC: The language is spanish or perhaps spanglish. "Kiero bajar esta wea" could be "I want to download this wea". I don't know what's "wea".
