Dark growling drone sound i made on a my Behringer Model D analog synthesizer, recorded with effects in Ableton Live. Some processing was done later in Adobe Audition to finalize it.

That's some killer work! It's so full and intense it's more like a complete song than a sample. Usually I prefer more complex instrumentation, but this is so good it could work for an entire scene in a movie or video all on its own.
