THE DREAMS YOU MAKE

This is another piano loop that would be great for voice-over narratives, or as backing music for videos and podcasts. Beginning with a simple melody which persists throughout, it is enhanced when joined by two other pianos, adding substance and support to the piece.

This was recorded using Audacity, and was played on both my Yamaha keyboards (P90 & MX49). I've panned the melody part to center, with one of the additional tracks to 70% left and the other 70% right. This is to fill the stereo field and make each part better defined.

This started out as a way to improve my dexterity on the piano, and I was recording to hear my progress, if any (a simple exercise, or so I thought), but it blossomed into what you hear. It struck me later that as I was working to better my skills, for that one period of time everything came together and I was actually making my dream.

I continue to work on this and other pieces, and MGS-produced full versions of them will be uploaded here or to the MGSTUDIO.ORG website along with other works that are available now or currently in process to be available commercially. Of course, you are free to use this version as you see fit, in whole or in part. Overdub your own tracks to it. All I ask is that you add Mad Gravity Studio to your work as a contributor. I'd love to hear what you can do with it.
