This is a bold, dynamic piece that would be suitable for film or video, as scene background or the intro credit roll. It brings to me a mental image of large army or navy forces as they head into historic land or sea battles. It provides room over the top for you to add what you want, to suit your needs.
This piece was inspired by this clip that I downloaded here on Freesound. I’ve slowed the tempo, and in some places, transposed it up an octave. This is the link to the original clip:

I want to thank Xinematix for this inspiring piece of music. Excellent!
I continue to work this and on other pieces, and MGS-produced versions of them will be put up on MGSTUDIO.ORG (free, w/donations appreciated) along with other works I have in-process that will not be posted here, but be available commercially. Of course, you are free to use this as you see fit, in whole or in part. Overdub your own tracks to it. All I ask is that you add Mad Gravity Studio to your work as a contributor. I'd love to hear what you can do with it.
Unlike most of the sounds and rhythm tracks I've posted here, I've flagged this one as Attribution 4.0, so please read the info on this type of license if you're not familiar. Otherwise, have fun with it!
If you would like update info for new releases, please click FOLLOW, and I will message you when I post new material and it becomes available for download. I also promise I will only contact you about new releases, or in response to messages received. You will not be bombarded with B.S.
P.S.
If you prefer a different format of any of my tracks, message me and I will post it for you.

The direction and focal points of this piece (as of now) are in great shape. The additions to and edits of the original expand the potential for underscoring. The quality of the overall sound will need some work, however, particularly with the percussion. Without knowing what you're working with, I can't say for sure what the best EQ balance would be, as it would need to blend seamlessly with the higher ranges of your orchestration. Off the top of my head, the only other recommendation would be to add some brightness to your string staccatos, specifically the lower notes. Otherwise, an engaging and dramatic work!

soooooo nice:
> strong build-ups
> divers instruments and parallel rithmes and (sub)melodies
> nice in-between
> and the end ASKS FOR lengthen-it with clock-ticking-further/new- line
in terms of picaroon (as just found out ; it means searobber/pirate and
also free-mover/user ; it gives a kind of story in this/your music (picaroon);
first short sounds like seeking
than a kind of "having"/taking...but more in a playfull tender dynamic way
than the midpart as a kind of awareness
the last mainpart more like consollidating the attitude of being picaroon
and at the end disapearing with the loot/capturedgoods/freemindbeing
going away in the mist... BUT the ticking (of a clock ) remains... gna gna...
