This sounds like a bird twittering in a jungle or something like that, for Thrive the game. Made in Fl Studio 10 from a segment of the Motorcycle/Helicopter sound that i reversed. I used Harmor, Vocodex and other Image-Line plugins like Fruity Reverb 2, Fruity Parametric EQ 2 and EQUO.
Reverb and delay to make it more realistic and immersive.
