Full moons usually provide interesting wildlife choruses in the St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge. Here is a January 24th 2024 late night recording captured with Sony PCM recorders and using both Clippy and LOM MikroUsi stereo microphones along the banks of a freshwater pond adjacent a mostly longleaf & slash pine with some scattered bald cypress and black gum flatwoods forest. The audio begins with Eastern Screech and Barred Owls calling. Coyotes can be heard in the background and Pig frogs, along with a few Leopard frogs & Green Tree Frogs.
