Audio recording of the Adriatic Sea in Split, Croatia during Spring of April. I went in the morning to the sea and used a Studio Zoom H5 field recording stereo mic and also the rode video mic pro plus together. This is how Croatia sounds right before the tourist season. Soon it will be crowded and very noisy. Croatia is a completely different experience during the off season. It's very peaceful and quiet, and then soon it's very loud once all the tourists come for the summer season. You can hear the movement of the small pebbles, as the waves pull them back into the sea. In the Adriatic Sea, most of the beaches consist of pebbles instead of sand. There was small bit of wind today and some more people walking around the beach. This time I recorded the audio the the waves hitting against big chunks of rocks instead of pebbles or sand. I held a stereo mic on the Studio H5 mic in one hand, and held a boom pole close to the water with a rode video mic pro plus, to get some close details sounds of the splashes.
