This is a sound I synthesized in Audacity, the details of what I did evade me for it was some time ago, but it sounds like the kind of sound you would use right when you cut into a new scene, probably something that is either breath taking such as an awesome aerial shot over looking a massive forest, or a deeply dramatic and devastating shot, such as one where the bodies of a million soldiers slain by the fearsome enemy are revealed.
