This is a sound I synthesized in Audacity, the details of what I did evade me for it was some time ago, but it sounds like the kind of sound you would use right when you cut into a new scene, probably something that is either breath taking such as an awesome aerial shot over looking a massive forest, or a deeply dramatic and devastating shot, such as one where the bodies of a million soldiers slain by the fearsome enemy are revealed.

This sound is part of the filmmakers archive by Dane S Casperson
A rich collection of sound FX and Music for filmmakers by a filmmaker

Details of Audio

Bit Rate: 16
HTZ: 44.1
Source: Synthesized

Also the signal is a bit hot, tends to crack a bit right when it starts on some speaker systems, so watch the levels on this one when you mix it into your stuff
