Thanks Kevin.
Yeah, I had an X and it was quite susceptible to interference.
That one got fried by a fault and a power bank, so I got the XP to replace it.
Much better with regard to the interference problems, but I must admit that it was almost literally sitting on my phone at the time of the recording.
Otherwise it's been fine, but I try not to tempt fate.
And yes, that really was a miracle of modern science editing it all out and still keeping the flow coherent.
Much appreciated.

Hey Colin, the Tascam DR-07X is known as being very susceptible to electromagnetic interferences, and I suppose the DR-07XP might be too.
One can Guess you had a long work to remove these pops and buzzes.
Great job ! ;-)

Thanks Dylan.
This one was actually rejected by me at the time as it had a bunch of interference all the way through.
I'd had the recorder right beside my phone, and ended up with dozens of pops and clicks and buzzes all the way through.
I liked it otherwise, so eventually sat down and painstakingly removed every erroneous sound I could find. Whew, that was a job and a half.
I believe the original recording was about 3 minutes long.
Or thereabouts.
Much appreciated.
