Yeah, Shell Beach in Herm is a beautiful long beach, with very light coloured soft clean sand.
Many small shells have washed up there, hence the name, which form a narrow band of colour that weaves its way off into the distance. Long grasses grow along the top of the beach, blowing in the breeze.
The Cafe is small. Maybe a dozen or so bench style tables on the sand, and with a small open fronted building forming the Kiosk.
Tables have umbrella's for a welcome shade from the sun.
It's a lovely atmosphere, with the lapping waves not too far on the shore, where visiting tourists anchor their small boats.
I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to go back, but I'll raise you my glass if I ever do.
