Recorded from a bench close to Plaza del Mar.
The beach had been closed for months; then it was reopened in the morning and in the evening. The loudspeaker now says that the beach is open and swimming, sunbathing and sports are allowed on the beach as long as social distance and security measures are kept. Male voice speaking in Catalan, then Spanish. You can perceive the background ambience and another loudspeaker echoing in the distance.
