Short Wave noises 1

Frequency sweep on a shortwave radio.
There was an interesting pulsating noise on shortwave, it appears several times.

I stop for some time on a station that seems to be broadcasting what I assume is a Russian-Chinese language course.

This is not a Russian, broadcasted programm is a Polish lesson of Chinese.
