First I recommend opening your mouth and putting pressure on your lungs. If you do these you will make a sound. The more pressure you give to your lungs. the louder the sound. If you mean how do I record a sound, you would need some kind of recording device. You can find real cheap ones on the internet these days. After you recorded a sound you can upload them through the yello 'upload' button on the top right corner of your screen.

I think Freesound is a magnificent way to travel through the minds and ears of sound recordists, amateurs and professionals who share these moments when they click on a sound impression and share it with us. So much to choose from... Its hard to pick...
I was mesmerized by Felix Blume exquisite work from the start. Listening to his works introduced us from the start to the artist he is. I get caught in it everytime.

One of my favourite artists has to be Erokia. I absolutely dig the soothing electronica loops and sound effects they're able to produce. Not surprised they're one of the sites moderators:
