Hello all!

I uploaded 40 spoken word files last weekend. After I clicked on "describe uploaded files", selected them all, wrote descriptions, and pressed enter, it told me there were errors that the file didn't exist! TWICE in a row!! How can this happen when they all showed up in the menu of things that need descriptions? Very frustrating, since all the effort I put into writing descriptions went straight down the drain. Please help...thanks!

I recognize this.

There are sometimes problems with describe.

I always make a separate description in Word.
Remember the tags.

Later I log in and copy the text. a few at a time.

Should something go wrong, please try again later.

I just moderated a bunch of samples from you, perhaps it worked? I think sometimes if you double click by accident this can happen. Also if I get an error message I am usually able to hit back and then forward and it will work.

I've seen reports of this error here before, but the files weren't affected by it and they all went through just fine.
