Title says it all. The new UI feels too spaced out and it feels tedious having to scroll this much too see more info.

Thanks, as mentioned in other threads, we'll look at improving this.

With old UI, I can see 10 sound effects at the same time.
With new UI, I can see 6 sound effects at the same time.

The new UI is 40% worse than the old one.

Please try the "display results in grid" mode in the advanced search options and you should be able to see more sounds. Using this mode, in the device where I'm writing right now I see 3 complete sounds with the old UI and 6 complete sounds with the new one, so applying your methodology the new UI is 200% better than the old one

It is true that with the new UI and and the "normal" list view you see a bit less sounds in the same screen height, I will try to optimize that a bit more, but this is not the only relevant thing.
