I'll honestly say, it sounds like what could replace Vega(the claw)'s theme from Street Fighter 2 (especially the low-energy versions). Here is my take on extending it: http://videobin.org/+4rc/555.html -- sadly, Audacity seemed to cut some bits off the end when pitch-shifting.
