S.E.T.I. Data Audible

S.E.T.I. Data made audible at reasonable frequencies sample 5 of 6. I
have used S.E.T.I. at home and loaded the RAW data to downsample and
frequency filter only the mid range frequencies, followed by
normalisation and anti-aliasing, this sort of voice like sound came
out. This is no hoax and can easily be reproduced. This is not an
internal application effect nor is it a special effect just usage of
very linear equalisation and filtering. But, yes, it´s strange.
