This is a squeal or screech accomplished by inhaling air with the mouth wide while keeping the throat open and applying pressure, it was made with comedic purposes but we ended using in our RPG soundboard.
Feel free to mod it as it has nothing but the built in condenser of the phone it was recorded on.
