Modulated volume, added several subtle Tremolos at synced frequencies (so they sync at times and dip in volume more) EQed a few times.

It's quite similar to my actual tinnitus. You've managed to include some bass type sounds which is not always present in other people's tinnitus. After 40+ years of being actually aware of it, I still hate it, but because it seemed to begin gradually I do live with it. I feel very sorry for peeps who instantly have tinnitus for some reason.
